Multiple Timers
Run several named countdown timers at the same time for cooking, lab work, games or study, with an alarm when each one finishes.
π Runs entirely in your browser β nothing is uploadedWhy use more than one timer
Real tasks rarely have a single deadline. When you cook a meal the pasta, the sauce and the oven all finish at different times. In a lab you may have an incubation, a centrifuge step and a reagent that needs ten minutes on ice. This tool lets you add as many named countdowns as you need and run them side by side, each with its own pause, restart and remove buttons.
Type a name such as Pasta or Sample B, set hours, minutes and seconds, and press Add timer. The new timer starts immediately and appears as a card in the grid. Press Enter in the name box as a shortcut. When a timer reaches zero its card turns red, shows Time's up, and plays a three-note alarm so you notice even if you are looking elsewhere.
Accurate even in the background
Each timer stores its own end time and the display is recalculated from the clock, so the countdowns stay correct even when the tab is in the background or the device sleeps briefly. While at least one timer is running, the shortest remaining time is shown in the browser tab title, so you can glance at the tab bar without switching windows.
You can pause a single timer without affecting the others, restart a finished timer to repeat the same duration, or remove timers you no longer need. Nothing is saved to a server and no account is required; closing the tab clears the list.
Ideas for multiple timers
Use them for batch cooking, tea and coffee brewing, laundry and dishwasher cycles, classroom stations, workout circuits with different exercises, board game turns, parking meters, or simply to keep track of several short tasks during a busy workday.
For recipes, start the longest timer first and add the others as the steps come up, so everything finishes together. Give each timer a clear name, because several identical-looking cards are easy to confuse when your hands are busy.
